I am Craig Norman, owner, designer, builder and developer of the Stadium View Estates (SVE) Master Planned Community located in the Prampram township of Ghana, West Africa. Let me start by Thanking you for your interest in our ground breaking project. The concept of a Master Planned Community is a community designed to accommodate most of resident needs within the confines of its project boundaries. This concept is very new to Ghana but can prove very effective to diasporians with varied needs and customs. The Residential portion of the project consists of approximately 15 individual vacant "Custom Home' plots ranging in plot size of 7,000 square feet (the current standard for residential plots in Ghana) and greater. More importantly, These vacant “Custom Home “plots are currently selling for the affordable price of $15,000 USD, (or "Ghana Cede" equivalent). The concept of the "Custom Home" plot is simple. The buyer purchases an available plot of his/her choosing and then designs and builds their “DREAM” home. To Assure a positive start to construction, C.A.Norman Limited will perform "phase 1" construction duties to foundation slab level. The new owner may use his, or her, own builder from that point to finish construction.

Also within the residential portion of the project are the pre-designed luxury “Executive Homes “. These homes range in size from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet. The number of bedrooms range from 3 to 5 br’s. The number of baths range from 3.5 to 4 baths depending on the model. The Executive Homes currently feature 3 models to pick from (with a 4th model design underway). Due to increasing Labor and Material Cost, final pricing for (2024) has not been established at this point.
